Wilburn Duncan has an AAS, BS in Security Management, and Certificate in Professional Security Management from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and has been involved in the security industry for over nineteen years. He is certified by the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security as CHS-III. He is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute (ACFEI) and is the Division Team Leader on the CHS Preparation & Response Team Security (Brooklyn/Queens).

He is a member of the Business Council of New York State, Inc. and sits on both the Construction and Small Business Councils. He is also a member of the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State, Inc(ALDONYS), and the American Society of International Security(ASIS).
