There are four critical security phases needed to make your event
successful. We work closely with our clients through each phase.
Pre-Event
Phase: Risk Analysis
This is the most important phase. We work closely with you the client
and the facility staff to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities,
hazards, and possible threats to your event. We then construct an
effective security program to ensure proper coordination, communication,
crowd control, the protection of attendees and materials, thus reducing
the exposure to risk.
Pre-Conference/Event
During the Pre-Conference/Event phase, Gold Security Guard Services,
Inc. will meet with our clients to discuss final preparations for
the event. In addition, our role in the event will be restated and
all questions or concerns will be addressed.

III: The Conference/Event
We realize that security concerns are a top priority for our clients.
Our security officers are handpicked and trained to work in a professional

manner.

IV- Evaluation/Lesson Learned
We believe in total customer satisfaction. A debriefing between
our Special Events Security Director and event organizers is an
essential part of making sure our commitment to satisfaction is
met. An evaluation of our services and of the event will take place.
This will allow our clients to state what they thought went well
and what did not. The evaluation phase is critical in that both
our clients and Gold Security Guard Services will be able to make
necessary adjustment on policies that will enhance future events.
